Parcels Sent from Poland – Important Delivery Requirements
Why have the requirements for parcels sent from Poland changed?
Due to stricter data protection requirements in Poland (GDPR/RODO), courier companies may hide or mask personal information on parcel labels, including the recipient's name, company name, telephone number and other identifying information.
As a result, when a parcel arrives at our Poland warehouse, the information visible on the courier label may not always be sufficient for us to identify the EshopWedrop customer to whom the parcel belongs.
To help us identify and process your parcels correctly and avoid additional charges or delays, please follow the requirements below.
1. What address should I use when ordering from Poland?
Always use your Poland delivery address exactly as it appears in your EshopWedrop account.
Your EshopWedrop Client ID is included in the address details and must remain clearly visible on the incoming parcel label.
The address format is:
Name / Imię: {name} {middle_name}
Surname / Nazwisko: {surname}
Address line 1: Eshop {eswd_id}
Address line 2: {eswd_id} ul. Sokołowska 50, Ramps 12-15, side A
Postcode / Kod pocztowy: 05-806
County / Miejscowość: Pęcice
Region / Województwo: Mazowieckie
Country / Kraj: Polska
Phone no. / Numer telefonu: +48 737 335 953
Please copy the address exactly as displayed in your EshopWedrop account.
Do not move your EshopWedrop Client ID to the name, company or order comments fields, as information entered in these fields may be hidden or masked on the courier label.
2. How do I pre-register my parcel and tracking number?
We strongly recommend registering your incoming parcel and its courier tracking number in your EshopWedrop account before the parcel arrives at our Poland warehouse.
To do this:
-
Log in to your EshopWedrop account.
-
Go to the section for registering/pre-notifying an incoming order or parcel.
-
Register your incoming order.
-
Enter the courier tracking number provided for your parcel.
-
Check that the tracking number has been entered correctly and save your registration.
Please make sure you enter the courier's actual tracking number, such as the tracking number provided by InPost, DHL or another courier.
Where possible, do not use the retailer's internal order number or reference number instead of the courier tracking number.
When your parcel arrives, the courier barcode can be scanned and the registered tracking information can help us match the parcel to your EshopWedrop account.
3. What if the retailer has not provided me with a courier tracking number?
In some cases, a retailer or marketplace may not provide the courier tracking number directly.
If you do not have the courier tracking number, it is especially important to ensure that you use your Poland delivery address exactly as displayed in your EshopWedrop account, including your EshopWedrop Client ID in the required address field.
Please do not change, shorten or move your Client ID to another field.
4. What happens if my EshopWedrop Client ID is not visible on the incoming parcel label?
If your parcel arrives without your EshopWedrop Client ID clearly visible on the incoming label, our warehouse may need to carry out additional manual procedures to identify the parcel and allocate it to your account.
In this case, the Parcel Repacking Fee will be charged for the parcel.
The additional identification and processing required may also result in a longer processing time.
5. How can I avoid the Parcel Repacking Fee?
To help avoid additional charges and processing delays:
-
Always copy your Poland delivery address exactly as displayed in your EshopWedrop account.
-
Make sure your EshopWedrop Client ID is included in the required address field and do not move it to the name, company or comments fields.
-
Whenever possible, pre-register your incoming parcel before delivery.
-
Enter the correct courier tracking number when registering your parcel.
Following these steps will help our Poland warehouse identify and allocate your parcel to your EshopWedrop account as quickly as possible.
6. Why is the Parcel Repacking Fee charged?
When a parcel cannot be identified correctly from the information available on the incoming label, additional manual handling and processing are required at the warehouse to identify the parcel and allocate it to the correct EshopWedrop account.
The Parcel Repacking Fee covers these additional procedures.
